Electronically exchanges invoices via the Australian PEPPOL network. AR polls GP for posted invoices and pushes to customer access points. AP receives supplier eInvoices into Docuphase.

Web portal used in the assisted customer workflow (e.g. BUPA). ECHIA emails orders to Customer Service, who process through CMP, which creates the GP quote/order via eConnect.

CRM system integrated with GP for customer data, account management, and sales pipeline. Customer master data is synchronised with GP RM tables via SmartConnect integration jobs.
